Real Muay Thai.
The Thai way.
A family-run gym in DIP with a Thai head coach and small classes. Adults train before or after work. Kids and teens train after school. Everyone starts with a free group class.
Teep is the Thai push kick. Balance, control and moving forward under pressure. It is the first thing we teach and the name over our door.
Pick a class. Tap to book.
Every class is taught by Kru Youn. Choose an age group to see just the classes that fit.
Hard rounds. No egos.
Most adults who walk in have never thrown a kick. Kru Youn teaches proper Thai technique from the first session, then builds your fitness with pad rounds, bag work, skipping and clinch. You work hard, you learn a real skill, and you leave with a clear head.
You will train next to people from all over Dubai, at every level. The rule on the mats is simple: training together, not against each other.
Monday to Friday. Trained and showered before the traffic starts.
Monday to Friday. Leave the office on the mats.
Teens and adults together, age 10+. Good for training with your teenager.
Private or semi-private sessions with Kru Youn, Sundays included. From AED 240 a session.
Ladies-only Muay Thai
We are bringing back a women-only class with Kru Youn. Tell us when you could train and we will set the time around the group. You will be the first to hear when it opens, with a free first class.
Progress your child can wear.
Confidence that goes home with them.
Kids classes teach real Muay Thai technique in a safe, structured way. Kru Youn keeps groups small, drills are slow and supervised, and every child works at their own pace.
Kids aged 5 to 9 train at 4pm, teens aged 10 to 15 at 5pm, and there are Saturday morning classes too. Parents are welcome to watch.
In Thailand, fighters wear a prajioud, a cord armband, as a mark of their camp and their teacher. At TEEP, children earn a new colour as they learn. Kru Youn grades each one in class, and every new band comes with a certificate for the fridge.
It gives kids a clear next goal, and it gives you a simple way to see what they have learned.
Classes build confidence, focus and fitness. Respect comes first: every class opens and closes with a bow to the coach and to training partners.
Kru Youn runs the room.
Before he coached, Kru Youn fought in Thailand under the ring name Narsuan (หน้าสวน) for Sasiprapa Gym (ศศิประภายิม) in Bangkok. Founded in 1965, Sasiprapa is one of Bangkok's longest-running camps and has produced Thai stadium champions and a world boxing champion. Narsuan's fights made the pages of Muay Siam, Thailand's Muay Thai magazine.
After fighting he stayed at Sasiprapa as a trainer, holding pads for students who travelled from around the world to train there.
Now in Dubai, he teaches the way he was taught: stance and balance first, then clean technique, then pad rounds that build real fitness. He coaches every group class, grades every prajioud and runs private sessions.
"Kru" means teacher. In a Thai gym it is the most respected title there is.

Things people ask us.
Anything else, send us a WhatsApp and Kru or the team will reply.
I have never trained. Is that a problem?
No. Most people start as complete beginners. Kru Youn teaches the basics from scratch and scales every drill to your level.
Should I get fit before I start?
No. Muay Thai is how you get fit. Work at your own pace and take a breather when you need one.
Do I have to spar?
No. Group classes are built around pads, bags and partner drills. Sparring is only for people who want it, once Kru says they are ready.
Is the free class a private session?
No. Your free first session is a group class, the same class our members train in. Private 1-to-1 sessions with Kru Youn are paid, from AED 240 a session with a package.
Can I train with a friend or partner?
Yes. Bring them to a free group class, or book semi-private sessions with Kru and pay per person.
Is there a women-only class?
It is coming back. Register your interest and help us pick the time.
What do I need for the first class?
Shorts, a T-shirt and water. We train barefoot. Gloves and shin guards are sold at the front desk if you decide to join.
Is Muay Thai safe for young children?
Kids classes are about technique, fitness and control. Children hit pads and bags held by Kru, and partner drills are slow and supervised. Nobody is pushed past what they are ready for.
Do kids spar?
Not in regular kids classes. Light, controlled partner work is introduced for older children only when Kru Youn decides they are ready, and always with protective gear. There is no head contact for children at any level.
My child is shy. Will they cope?
Most children start quiet. Small groups and, clear routines and a band to work towards help them settle quickly. Many parents tell us confidence is the biggest change they see.
Can I watch the class?
Yes. Parents are welcome to watch from the side of the mats, especially for the first few classes.
What kit do they need?
Nothing for the free group class. Shorts, a T-shirt and water. If they join, they will need their own gloves, and shin guards later on. We stock kids sizes.
Can I book or cancel online?
Yes. Book a class, manage your membership and cancel a session from your phone. One parent account covers all your children.
Wear the TEEP.
Training shirts, shorts and gloves, designed in-house and sold at the front desk. Kids sizes too.
